چکیده
Purpose “Integrated care” (IC) is an approach to health and social care delivery that aims prevent problems arising from fragmented systems. The collective content of the IC literature, whilst valuable, has become extensive wide-ranging such a degree knowing what most important in challenge. This study address this issue. Design/methodology/approach A scoping review was conducted using Arksey O'Malley's framework determine priority areas. Findings Twenty-one papers relevant research question were identified. These included studies many geographical regions, encompassing several designs range populations sample sizes. findings identified four areas should be considered when designing implementing models: (1) communication, (2) coordination, collaboration cooperation (CCC), (3) responsibility accountability (4) population approach. Multiple elements within these priorities, all which are ensuring successful sustained integration care. education, efficiency, patient centredness, safety, trust time. Originality/value study's bring clarity definition increasingly body work on topic IC. Future evaluate implementation priorities settings.

Background Health systems are based on 6 functions that need to work together at all times to effectively deliver safe and quality health services. These functions are vulnerable to shocks and changes; if a health system is unable to withstand the pressure from a shock, it may cease to function or collapse. The concept of resilience has been introduced with the goal of strengthening healt...

This paper considers an implication of the idea that proposals for integrated care for older people should start from a focus on the patient, consider co-production solutions to the problems of care fragmentation, and be at a system-wide, cross-organisational level. It follows that the analysis, design and therefore evaluation of integrated care projects should be based upon the journeys which ...
متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
